Clinical: Kidney Disease, Diabetes, Endocrine Disease and Metabolic Disease, and Collagen Disease
The kidney unit maintains the patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and hereditary kidney disease. Plasmapheresis therapy is also carried out. The Diabetes Unit is dedicated to the treatment and investigation of diabetes and its complications. In Collagen disease unit, we perform the treatment of the patients with collagen disease.

Mission and Vision:
The mission of our department is to carry out investigation and research concerning nephrology, endocrinology and rheumatology, and other related fields. Our goal of research is to advance academic achievements in these fields and to propagate knowledge to public of Japan.
